The route

We openly publish our route because we know that it isn't where you go it is who you go with that matters.

On arriving in Geneva a car will pick you up from the airport and bring you to the Hotel Warwick in downtown Geneva. We will spend Sunday night in Geneva and enjoy an evening meal at (TBA) by the lake.

Monday, we will get kitted out with bikes and other equipment. Enjoy lunch by the lake before we take an easy ride through the French countryside to get used to the bikes. We will stop en route for lunch at (TBA) before continuing on to Annecy. We will check into the Impérial Palace Hotel in Annecy for the next 5 days and get settled in. Our dinner will be at (TBA) restaurant in Annecy within walking distance of the hotel.

Tuesday, we will meet at 8 am for breakfast and talk about that day's riding and what we want to experience. We will also establish what is going to be a good fit for the group to do based on ability. The guide might suggest that different members take different routes and meet up at a pre-arranged place and time for lunch to cater to everyone's needs. The plan depending on conditions is to take the back roads to Chamonix and on to Martigny in Switzerland. We will stop for lunch before taking the road up to Morzine and back to the hotel for dinner. About 6 and a half hours ride, with a midmorning stop in Chamonix, a lunch stop in Martigny, and a mid-afternoon stop in Morzine. A total time of about 9 hours. We will then go for dinner at (TBA).

Wednesday, we go west and then south through the mountains with some scenic stops along the route. We will stop for lunch in La Chambre before going over Col de La Madeleine, driving through Albertville (the host of the 1992 Olympic games and along the shore of Annecy. That evening we will be driven up to a traditional Savoie restaurant for an amazing meal.

Thursday, is a day for everyone to explore on their own, experience the town redo a route from the days before, take a trip on the lake, or just ride from dawn to dusk. The choice is yours.

Friday, we take a different route to Chamonix and through the tunnel into Italy. We will then take the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard before stopping for lunch in Bourg-Saint-Maurice. We will then go over the mountain to Ugine before dropping down to Annecy from the mountains. For our last night in Annecy, we will be dining at (TBA).

Saturday We head back to Geneva right around the lake and return the bikes and any unwanted gear. We will then get transported to the same hotel in Geneva for the night and catch the flight home the next day.

The trip cost covers hotel accommodation excluding the mini bar and room servce or other charges, Sunday through Saturday. The cost of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Drinks are not covered and alcoholic drinks are not recommended during the day. The guides are required to be sober at all times when they are with guests.

Our partner's fleet of luxury Motorbikes are a breeze to cruise along the roads and nimble enough to play in the twists of the mountains. Come prepared for a trip that will leave you with memories that last a lifetime.
